Products reach the end of their Product Life Cycle for a number of reasons. These reasons may be due to market demands, technology innovation and development changes in the product, or the products simply mature over time and are replaced by a richer technology.

On April 26, 2021, the MX90 Cloud-Managed Security Appliance, which make it easy to deploy high quality network infrastructure to large numbers of distributed sites, will no longer be supported by Cisco.

MDS realizes that end-of-life milestones, like the one for *MX90, often prompt companies to review and update their more antiquated technologies. With that in mind, we have broken down Cisco’s end-of-life policy to help customers better manage this transition and understand how MDS can help effectively migrate to alternative, cutting-edge Cisco technologies.

*M90 can be replaced with the newly released Cisco Meraki MX100 Cloud Managed Security Appliance.
