Their current voice system did not allow for video or collaboration tools and had limited remote collaborative capabilities. The Solution

Our team provided a comprehensive, unified communication solution that integrated messaging, voicemail, and video collaboration into a single platform, with one monthly bill.
The Result
Features included both Cisco WebEx and Spark, ensuring the seamless flow of communication and collaboration via video regardless of location. This updated collaborative system, based fully in the cloud, allowed for increased accessibility of vital information, regardless of location, encouraged employee interaction, and improved overall productivity across the company.
