MDS implemented the collaboration and communication platform, Microsoft Teams, for a large oil and gas company located in the Caribbean.
The Challenge
This oil and gas company wanted to consolidate the number of apps and vendors they used while also elevating their calling system and cloud presence. Since they already had existing Office 365 licenses, Microsoft solutions were preferred.
The Result
Our Teamwork solution we implemented for the client significantly impacted their business by:
- Minimizing the number of applications they used and managed, consolidating them into one single interface. This allowed their team to focus on bigger projects and increased their ROI.
- Simplifying their collaboration and leveraging the service integration features. This particularly help them stay in contact when majority of the team had to become remote during COVID-19.
- Enhancing their cloud presence and lining them up for success in case there is a need for data recovery.
MDS was very professional and helpful in ensuring our SharePoint hybrid farm was branded to the [the client’s] theme through numerous engagement sessions. The end product thus far has been one that seamlessly integrates with a lot of our Office suite of application which thus far has been showing it’s benefits to users in the organization. Given the recent global crisis, we are able to now effectively disseminate information to employees and are still able to effectively work remotely thanks to the insight and guidance of the MDS team.
