As such, the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) do not apply to our data processing activities.

MDS does not repurpose personal information for unrelated or unauthorized activities, and any additional uses will be subject to consent or lawful basis where required.
Disclosure of your personal information
MDS may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to
(a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process served on MDS, including, but not limited to, compliance with legal, regulatory and law enforcement requests. In such instances, MDS will cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. MDS does not sell, share, or rent your personal information as defined under enacted state-specific privacy laws. However specifically for visitors to MDS’s website, our use of third-party Cookies, Tags and other tools may be considered a “share” or “sale” of your personal information (please see “WEBSITE VISITORS” section below for more information).
